No Cross in Pursuit (OUTDATED)

Description
This mod is attempt to remove Cross from the pursuit entirely, even in Heat 10. Now in Heat 10, Supercharged SUV will appear as a replacement for Cross.
Why did i made this ? Because i'm confused with NFS Carbon timeline, Cross is still appear as a police officer while he already became a bounty hunter, that doesn't make sense at all.
