Description
In Most Wanted, you barely find any cops in Circuit Races, but in Carbon, they're everywhere. This mod makes the cops doesn't spawn in Circuit Races like in MW.
I also added a second download that enable the cops in Checkpoint Races, so the difficulty is still balanced.
You must download VltEd first to install the mod
