THIS IS JUST VINYLS, IF YOU WANT TO MAKE UR CAR FASTER, WAIT FOR A FEW DAYS, I'M WORKING ON SOME PERFORMANCE MODS TOO!
Car Colors completely changed and each and everyone of them has a different vinyl. See them in a video here.

Installation Instructions:
it's pretty easy, extract the Elise.rar and then just copy the "Elise" folder and paste it into your NFSHP Cars Directory
(Probably C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2\Cars)
